Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor (Bhiwandi)

Seeking an experienced candidate from Kalyan / Thane / Bhiwandi region only to fulfil the role and duties of an Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor for our nodal warehouse in Bhiwandi. The candidate will be responsible for all in-bound and out-bound shipments along with its warehousing and inventory management and supervise a team of 3-4 members of pick & pack team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving, transporting, stacking, order filling, shipping, and maintaining accurate inventory records in Zoho Inventory Software
• Execute and supervises labelling and protective packing of materials or products
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues
• Reconcile (monthly) courier and logistics invoices and keep the management informed by submitting activity and result reports
• Conduct a quality check for all inward and outward bound goods

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years work experience working in e-commerce or logistics warehouses
• Able to manage time effectively
• Coordination, negotiation & creative thinking
• Proactive at identifying bottlenecks and implement solutions
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards
• Perseverance, persistence, courteous & empathetic and a drive to perform
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience with ERP System like SAP, Netsuite, Unicommerce, or Zoho Inventory.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Gmail
