Product Description
Our ProPanel™ custom acoustic panels are widely acknowledged to be the best in the country. You get to choose everything – the shape, size, materials, colours – mix and match all you like. Our custom acoustic panels are an excellent choice for treating recording studios, listening rooms, home theatres, auditoriums and other critical acoustic spaces. They can be used as broadband absorbers, bass traps, to treat early reflection points, flutter echo, or general decay in a room. Every room has it’s own size and shape, so we have created four sizes and six different thicknesses to suit your need.
Acoustic Panel Frames
Panel frames are made from Century Sainik 710 Boiling Water Proof Plywood which is treated with anti-termite and microbial agents. Sainik is produced from rotary-cut, smooth veneers, sourced from specially selected eco-friendly timber. Additionally, Sainik 710 is dimensionally stable with lesser susceptibility to weather variance. It has a guaranteed lifespan of 15 years.
Acoustic Fabric Finishing
GeoWeave Breathe is used to wrap the acoustical substrate inside the panels. TheGeoWeave™ series is fully breathable and acoustically transparent due to its light crepe weave. This fabric has strong, vibrant, and saturated colours for expressive and vivacious hues. The acoustic fabric’s texture provides a clean and beautiful finish for your project.
Maintenance
Clean with water based cleaning agents, foam or pure, water free solvents. Vacuuming or light brushing is recommended to prevent dust and soil buildup.
Quality Guarantee
Aural Exchange products are beyond simple do-it-yourself panels that are found on the market today. We start with only the highest-quality materials that will not sag or leak over time, then we build every panel by hand employing a unique framing system. Unlike other companies who use dodgy local materials, Aural Exchange panels are crafted with quality insulation material, fabrics and hardwood veneer plywoods. You can choose from a wide variety of globally renowned insulation materials of varying densities and thickness.
We then use carefully selected hardwood plywoods – not cheap imports – to construct our frames. The difference and chief advantage is dimensional stability. Cross-banded layers and balanced construction mean that hardwood plywood won’t shrink, swell or warp as much as lumber. To finish our panels we offer an array of GeoWeave fabric – from our standard 32 options
Our team of professional builders handcraft each acoustic panel, bass trap and diffusor to exacting standards ensuring the most attractive, effective and dependable products. The difference is our customers are secure in knowing they receive the very best made-to-order acoustic treatments available.

Great for echo control in home theatre. Installation hardware included. Was difficult to install on ceiling on my own, so called in my electrician who was able to mount four panels in approximately two hours, Jet Black colour, the panel absorbs both sound and light, reduces reflection from large projection screen, as well as cutting down on reflected sound that had been bouncing around the room – note I use a Samsung Q950A dolby atmos system.

Fast shipping. Solid construction. They made a very noticeable difference in my husband’s listening room/study. I bought the 4X2 as well as the 2’x2′ version in 4 inches with NeoFill-HD. Very heavy – knew I’d got something premium the minute I picked it up. They were kind enough to send me a fabric sample on request to confirm the colour – I was very particular.

These panels are value for money and does the job well. These are not the best built but strong enough to last. I am perfectly fine with the trade off between built quality and affordability and recommend these for people who do not want to spend a lot of money yet get the job done.

The custom panels are actually cheaper than the quote i got from my carpenter for the same build, so I can testify to the value for money bit. Fixing was easy enough but I had to call a carpenter to drill screws, which were kindly provided along with the panels. They seem well constructed and built to last, definitely not as a good as factory finished product (from the backside) but better than what I could have made on my own so I am satisfied.

These arrived in perfect condition and look great. The NeoFill-HD foam is very dense and heavy. I have no room measurements to show the difference they made, but I can tell there is a huge difference. This was a very reasonable price to improve my room acoustics.

There is literally nothing in this country comparable to the flexibility of these custom panels. Extremely well priced – they advised me to do a calculation to see if I could build them cheaper, and the cost difference was not worth it – definitely wanted to avoid converting my newly made studio into a carpentry workshop. Well made, came with all hardware (even screws, a nice touch) and Ashutosh was very helpful in instructions on mounting.

Does it come in pair per 1 order or it just comes in single piece per order?

It’s April and carpenters in Bangalore have vanished wherever they go for summer holidays. I did a detailed calculation of the price of these panels versus my cost while making them on my own and it was definitely lower. Very pleasantly surprised to receive the mounting hardware with the panels – it’s very good quality aluminium fixings – my electrician was able to mount the panels for me. The panels are handmade (aesthetically 8/10), are strong (9/10) and will do the job. Performance is fantastic! Six 6″ panels using Rockwool Safe & Silent 350 have tamed my room.
