Product Description

Ecohush Grove is a sophisticated luxury interior wall panel system, characterised by 3D fluted vertical lines that decorate the wood surface in a rhythmic sequence and diffuse sound. Grove Panels are extremely elegant and thus perfect for all acoustic and interior environments in which luxury is conceived in an essential yet extremely refined way.

Ecohush Grove series is a premium engineered composite panel, consisting of high density fiberboard with surface finish film lamination. This is a new composite material with appearance and texture of natural wood with enhanced properties to reduce the need for maintenance. The Fluted panel series is the true green sustainable solution to interior cladding projects for both residential and commercial usage.

Grove is a unidirectional panel that controls sound reflections in two different ways – absorption and diffusion. Its hybrid structure allows sound energy to either be trapped in the cavities, or scattered by the 3D surfaces. Usually applied for the treatment of mid or high frequencies, the Grove panel represents true acoustic science development. Designed for a range of frequencies between 800 Hz to 6 KHz.

In many practical applications, especially those that require a large area of diffusion treatment, it is common to repeat a same diffuser, so as to introduce periodicity into a sequence. This will concentrate the reflection energy in the diffraction orders of the grating and result in a narrower diffusion pattern. The innovation with the Grove lies in the freedom to use different geometric patterns to create interesting diffusion shapes.

    I spent four months looking at various options for fluted panels, and came across everything from PVC to charcoal (some type of carbon plastic composite) and even hardwood polished panels, which were out of budget. These Ecohush panels are a clear winner by a long margin. I was apprehensive buying such large products online but they patiently cleared my doubts and explained that their daily shipment of orders was above 5000kg, and I ordered a sample and later on 58 panels. Our head-office is in Mumbai; however, we don’t have a showroom or physical stores. We're an online company - we distribute our products online all over India via a distributed warehousing system - we have warehouses in 8 locations. Since our products are technical and used for solving specific acoustic problems, they do not attract walk-in customers. If you want to buy our products, just place your order online or reach out to us via the contact forms.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Our products are extremely large and bulky - you can fit a human being into most of our boxes. As a result, one of the highest costs in running this company is the money paid to courier companies like Fedex, XPressBees, etc, which runs into crores of rupees annually. If we allowed COD and the buyer changes their mind and refuses to pay during delivery, we incur double shipping costs (a) for sending the product to the buyer + (b) for shipping the product back to our warehouses. In some cases, this may be more than the value of the product itself. For this reason, we find it impossible to offer Cash on Delivery.
We follow maximum transparency in showing you actual delivery dates at a product level. The exact delivery dates are visible on each product page, cart page, checkout page, as well as your order confirmation emails. Once your order is shipped, regular shipping updates are provided via SMS.
We supply products only. We're an ecommerce company and our focus is on importing, distributing, manufacturing, and supplying a wide range of technical isolation & acoustic products across India. For installation you can engage local contractors / carpenters. Please contact us if you need specific information on installing any product in our catalog.
We accept returns upto 30 days from the date of receipt of product. If you need to return a product, just contact your sales representative and we will arrange a reverse pickup via Fedex. Your refund will be processed within 3 days after we get it back. We charge a 15% fee for restocking the product so this is subtracted from your refund. This is waived off if you have not removed a product from it's original packing and are returning it unused.
Your order could be in several spots... our warehouse, our custom-shop manufacturing units, anticipating dispatch, with the courier on its way, or conveyed. The principal thing to check is have you had your dispatch email? If yes, at that point it's en route. You can track your order by clicking your tracking link from that email. In the event that you haven't got your dispatch email within a week of placing your order, please do contact us.
ONLINE PAYMENTS: Pay us via Netbanking, credit cards, debit cards, wallets, or UPI via our online payment gateway. Over 95% of our customers use this option as it is fast and secure. CHEQUE/DD/DIRECT CASH DEPOSIT: You can deposit a cheque OR Demand Draft OR do a cash deposit into any of our Bank's ATM dropbox/branch near you. Our limited warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (excluding normal wear and tear) for the products listed below that are purchased in India. We offer 1-5 year warranties depending on the brand. You can view warranty information on the individual product pages. You are solely responsible for all shipping and insurance costs for returning the product to Aural Exchange, and you will not be reimbursed or compensated for any loss or damage incurred during return shipping. Aural Exchange will at its sole discretion repair or replace the product. Should the product no longer be available, we reserve the right to exchange this with a product of similar performance and value. Due to different dye lots, Aural Exchange cannot guarantee exact colour match. This Warranty shall solely extend to the original owner and is limited to manufacturing defects and excludes damage due to improper installation, freight handling, wear and tear, abuse, misuse, misapplication, colour fading or deterioration due to prolonged exposure to ultra violet light, smoke, humidity, water exposure, or other environmental factors. It is understood that the use and suitability of the product is entirely the responsibility of the buyer or specifying engineer and as such, these parties agree to hold Aural Exchange, or its associated company, and/or officers, harmless from any responsibility whatsoever other than what is clearly outlined in this warranty.
This warranty is void if the product is found to have been tampered with or misused by the purchaser, and shall not apply if the product has been physically damaged intentionally or due to accident and/or neglect, including burns, cuts, water damage, fungus, mold, stains, or is otherwise abnormally soiled or unsanitary. Any problems that are caused by abuse, misuse, or weather-related destruction are not covered. Products designed to customer supplied specifications and/or using or including a) customer supplied materials or b) non-standard production techniques or materials are not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Additionally, the products listed below are not covered under this warranty: 1. Accessories & Enhancements 2. Installation Materials 3. Product Samples To minimise colour-fading of acoustic foam products due to exposure to oxygen and ultra violate light, carbon is employed during the colouring process. This does not guarantee the colour fastness of the foam component and you should expect the appearance to change over time. Colour fastness is not covered under the Warranty. This warranty does not cover damage to furniture or equipment caused by contact with or destabilization of the foam components or adhesives and hardware used for installation. Care should be taken when placing the product on finished wood surfaces or other surfaces to ensure there will not be a chemical interaction between the surface finish and the foam component.

  • Being a playback singer and wanting to record good vocals and do Voice Overs in a home set up has always been my dream. Decent acoustic treatment is a must. And Aural Exchange have some amazing products in their range. My interaction with Ashutosh started on the phone in Aug 2020 and finally ended up in me ordering their Nankarrow Fabric wrapped readymade Panels in Feb 2021 !!! I needed them on one of my walls which I face while singing. [ I already had a DIY GOBO which I have been using since a couple of years ] . A wide choice of fabric colurs are available. I chose the Olympic Blue Colur Fabric so that it stands out on my yellow wall. Seeing the wall area 600x600mm was the right size, since I already had some red coloured 2x1 ft panels which I had picked up during my visit to the US. And combining with the Nankarrow panels I achieved something very aesthetic plus serving my purpose. The whole process of ordering and delivery was a breeze. In my case there was a small miscommunication in the fabric colur. Ashutosh was extremely nice in replacing the panels with the correct colur This speaks of their commitment to customer satisfaction. Only because of lockdowns there was a delay in getting a carpenter and getting them mounted on the wall. But Once done, it looked amazing and even when I dont open my GOBO the echo in the room is nil. and helps immensely even when I practise my classical music:-) I definitely have plans to do some more treatment in my room especially on the ceiling and lately Aural Exchange have added some new products to their range. !!     We had a dance hall which we were doubling up to use a place of worship but had bad acoustic issues since the room was filled with mirrors and speech was not clear.     In my personal experience, Aural Exchange is the best acoustic treatment company out there. A consultant reached out to me immediately after I contacted them for my home studio. I emailed pictures of my room and he responded with excellent advice using only DIY materials. I was able to make nine acoustic panels which have helped eliminate all bass and echo problems without making the room dead. Something that seemed really complicated simply explained and professionally executed.
