At Aural Exchange, we are committed to delivering your orders in a safe, timely, and reliable manner.
1. Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Timeframe:
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 1–7 business days, depending on the delivery location within India. We follow maximum transparency in showing you actual delivery dates at a product level. The exact delivery dates are visible on each product page, cart page, checkout page, as well as your order confirmation emails. Once your order is shipped, regular shipping updates are provided via email and SMS.
3. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are displayed once you add a product to your cart and enter your shipping pincode. Shipping charges are also shown on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
4. Delivery Locations:
We currently ship across India. Please ensure your full address and contact details are correct to avoid delivery delays.
5. Tracking Information:
You will receive an email with the tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
6. Delays or Issues:
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier delays). In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns Policy
We encourage you to contact us before your purchase if you are uncertain about the application/usage of a particular product. We accept returns upto 30 days from the date of receipt of product by our customers for any manufacturing defects or if a wrong product is sent. If you need to return a product, just contact us and we will arrange a reverse pickup via our logistics partner Bluedart within 1 to 3 working days depending on your pincode. Your refund will be credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method after the returned product is received at one of our warehouses. We charge a 15% fee for restocking the product.

- All ProPanels & custom-made acoustic panels
- All Saint Gobain Glass products
- All Nankarrow IsoGate Doors
- All microphones and testing equipment
- All acoustic modeling softwares
- All product samples
- Any product custom cut to size or CNC profiled, including but not limited to perforations, engraving, bevelled, and chamfered.
- Materials that are custom digitally printed.
- Quilted sound blankets
- Materials that are custom- painted, dyed, HPC Coated or have other custom finishes
