All orders are shipped via Fedex Surface and reach our customers within 3 - 7 business days. Our site will show you the Fedex Surface transit time during the checkout process. We also offer a Fedex Priority Air shipping option, for which you will be charged a premium. Shipping transit time is the number of business days your order will take to reach you after shipping from our facility in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. For build-to-order products like doors, custom acoustic panels, or fire-rated acoustic fabric, please allow a minimum of 7 additional days for production prior to shipping. Several products on our site are build-to-order products. Transit times are based on standard business days (Monday through Saturday). If you receive your shipping confirmation email after 3pm IST, your order's time in transit may begin the following day. Priority Air shipments sent on Saturday will not arrive at their location until Monday. Sunday deliveries may be possible subject to your location's weekend delivery services. Contact one of our sales representatives to check if your area offers Saturday delivery services.
We accept returns upto 30 days from the date of receipt of product. If you need to return a product, just contact your sales representative and we will arrange a reverse pickup via Fedex. Your refund will be processed within 3 days after we get it back. We charge a 15% fee for restocking the product so this is subtracted from your refund. This is waived off if you have not removed a product from it's original packing and are returning it unused.
Your order could be in several spots... our warehouse, our custom-shop manufacturing units, anticipating dispatch, with the courier on its way, or conveyed. The principal thing to check is have you had your dispatch email? If yes, at that point it's en route. You can track your order by clicking your tracking link from that email. In the event that you haven't got your dispatch email within a week of placing your order, please do contact us.

The cheque should be in favour of AURAL EXCHANGE and you must mention our account number behind the cheque. You can also mail us At-Par Cheques and Demand Drafts.
