We strongly encourage you to contact us before your purchase and we will be happy to help you choose the right products.
We accept returns upto 30 days from the date of receipt of product by our customers for any manufacturing defects or if a wrong product is sent. If you need to return a product, just contact us and we will arrange a reverse pickup via Fedex. Your refund will be processed within 3 days after it is received at one of our warehouses. We charge a 15% fee for restocking the product. This is only applicable to products that have been removed from their original packing.
The following products are custom cut or made to order, and are therefore not returnable (unless they are damaged / defective / wrongly sent):
- All Nankarrow GeoWeave fabric
- All Nankarrow Resorb Panels
- All ProPanels & custom-made acoustic panels
- All Saint Gobain Glass products
- All Nankarrow IsoGate Doors
- Any product custom cut to size or CNC profiled, including but not limited to perforations, engraving, bevelled, and chamfered.
- Materials that are custom digitally printed.
- Quilted sound blankets
- Materials that are custom- painted, dyed, HPC Coated or have other custom finishes
