Product Description
Soudafoam FR is a single-component, self-expanding, ready-to-use polyurethane foam which has a fire rating of up to 240 minutes in certain configurations according to EN 1366-4. It uses CFC-free propellants that are completely harmless to the ozone layer. Every can comes with a straw adapter for quick, simple, and convenient application to fill gaps, cavities, and joints. With its high-yield formulation and an expansion value of 30 to 40x, each 750 ml can of Soudafoam FR can be expected to create up to 30 litres of cured, fire-resistant foam.

Applications
- Installation of fireproof and soundproof doors and windows.
- Fire and smoke retardant sealant between walls, floors and ceilings.
- Sealing of all openings in roof constructions.
- Apply of a sound absorbing layer.
Application method: Shake the aerosol can for at least 20 seconds. Fit the gun on the adapter. Surface should be free from grease and dust. Moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application. Fill holes and cavities for 65 %, as the foam will expand. Repeat shaking regularly during application. If you have to work in layers repeat moistening after each layer. Fresh foam can be removed using acetone. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically
Health- and Safety Recommendations
Take the usual labour hygiene into account. Always wear gloves and goggles. Remove cured foam mechanically. Never burn away. Consult the label for more information
